Sab's - Alambic Bourguignon is a traditional distillery located in Beaune, the capital of Burgundy's great wines.

With its mobile steam still, Sab's - Alambic Bourguignon is the last distillery in Burgundy to perpetuate the ancestral tradition of the mobile distiller. In other words, it travels and distils in the village, right where the harvest takes place, distilling the best of Burgundy.
