A new kind of restaurant.
From cooking to service, including the art of the table, we take care of everything.
Romain, winner of Top Chef 2010, loves to play with colours, textures, juices and cooking methods.
His talent for concocting menus that will surprise you while following your desires.
We work with local producers within 50 km of Beaune, using local and seasonal produce.
All of this is combined with a fine wine and food pairing.
